NDCC is a national network organization built on fostering conscious community development practices among Black led community development organizations.

Through implementing the principles of conscious community development, NDCC works to connect Black leaders with building equitable and cooperative communities with the use of mindful spiritual principles, cultural connectivity and inclusive community engagement practices.​
